What this site is

stocks.fnoai.com (the desk) is an information service. It describes the state of the Indian index markets — NIFTY, BANKNIFTY and SENSEX — and what has followed comparable states in the past, using published exchange and public data. Every read the desk makes is settled afterwards and counted, and that count is published on the record page.

What it is not

The desk is not advice, makes no recommendation to buy or sell any security, and does not manage money. FnoAI is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing on the desk is a solicitation. Decisions are yours; past patterns are not assurances of future ones, and the record page exists precisely because most patterns turned out to be about a coin toss.

Accounts and subscriptions

An account is personal. One live session per subscription: signing in on a second device signs the first out. Paid periods are 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly), prices inclusive of GST, paid through Razorpay. A period bought while one is running starts when the running one ends. Fees for a period already started are not refunded, except where the desk was unavailable for a material part of it, in which case the period is extended.

Data

Data comes from NSE, BSE, NSDL, RBI, MoSPI, the Federal Reserve and public market feeds, as published, and may be delayed, revised or missing. The desk shows nothing rather than something stale; where a source is behind, the panel says so.

Acceptable use

No scraping, resale or redistribution of the desk's content; no sharing of accounts. Access may be withdrawn for breach.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FnoAI is not liable for losses arising from use of the desk. The service is provided as is.

Governing law

India. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
